Harbour Surf is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
Returns and exchanges must be done within 21 days from date of purchase and postage on online returns and exchanges will be at the expense of the buyer. Returns must be in as new condition with proof of purchase & tags attached unless faulty and these will be credited to the customer in the form of store credit. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Size exchanges may only be possible if stock is available, in some cases these may result in store credit to exchange for a different item.
Please take extra care when choosing products that are either at 'Sale price' or from the 'Sale' section of the webstore as we do not offer returns & refunds on these products unless the goods are faulty and this will be dealt with as per the manufacturer. We may be able to offer exchange's if there is stock available however you must contact Harbour Surf for confirmation prior.

We suggest you send via registered post as we take no responsibility for items lost in transit. We ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is deemed to be in an unsuitable condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item/s we will notify you within 48hrs via email if the return has been accepted and how the payment will be processed.
